Author Guidelines

1. When submitting a manuscript for publication in HJS, the document must adhere to the Journal’s template. The title, as well as the names and order of authors, must be consistent between the fulltext of manuscript and the submission information registered on the Journal's website.
2. Upon receipt of the reviewers’ comments, the revised manuscript must be submitted with a response letter that systematically addresses each point of feedback, formatted in accordance with the Journal’s specified guidelines.
3. Following acceptance of the manuscript, the author(s) must provide the Editorial Office with a high-resolution personal photograph and a concise biographical note of 100–150 words.
4. A manuscript will be processed only if the following conditions are met:
   • It is formatted in strict accordance with the Journal’s author guidelines;
   • AI-generated content, as detected by Turnitin, does not exceed 20%;
   • The Turnitin similarity index does not exceed 20%, with the following filters applied:
     • Exclude sources that are less than 30 words;
     • Exclude Quotes;
     • Exclude Bibliography.
