Abstract

       Private Economy (PE) is a component of the Socialist-Oriented Market Economy (SE) in Vietnam. In recent times, the Private Economy has played a significant role in the construction and socio-economic development of the country. Following the Viet Nam Communist Party's resolutions on economic development, to make the Private Economy being a crucial motivation for economic development, it is necessary to continue to innovate cognitive thinking and have appropriate solutions to promote the private economy's development. This imperative task is particularly significant in the current phase of our country's development.This article provides an overview of the formation and development of the private economy in human history, highlighting the practical role of the private economy in the development of theoretical thinking during the congresses of the Communist Party of Vietnam. From this perspective, the article proposes solutions to contribute to the robust development of the private economy in the coming period.
