AUTOMATION AND MANAGEMENT OF LEARNING FOLDER STRUCTURE ON GOOGLE DRIVE USING GOOGLE APPS SCRIPT

Abstract

In the context of digital education, the management and organization of learning materials have become increasingly important and complex requirements. This study proposes and implements a fully automated system for creating and managing learning folder structures on Google Drive using Google Apps Script. The system is designed with the capability to automatically generate hierarchical folder structures based on classes and student groups, support an intuitive drag-and-drop interface, synchronize data in real time between Google Sheets and Google Drive, and manage access permissions in an automated manner.
