Abstract

The use of online learning resources in teaching is a trend for the 4.0 technology era. The development of digital technology has created a flat world, making it easy for learners to access the vast amount of knowledge in the world. At the same time, it is also an opportunity to create a favorable environment for open educational resources to develop. Digitizing traditional paper-based materials is an inevitable task that universities need to undertake for their internal documents to improve the quality of teaching and scientific research. The Foreign Language Faculty has taken the first step in digitizing documents with scientific research papers by lecturers from 2014 to 2021 on the Dspace platform. Dspace is an open-source software that supports building and distributing digital collections on the Internet and is considered the most effective solution for building open resources.
