Abstract

The compilation of Vietnamese learning resources for foreigners must prioritize lesson difficulty, logic, diversity, and systematicity. Specifically, vocabulary must be tailored to the learner's proficiency level, while grammar should progress from simple to complex and be closely linked to everyday communicative contexts. To mitigate subjective bias, it is essential to study difficulty assessment criteria and strictly adhere to the Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework issued by the Ministry of Education and Training. Furthermore, the core principles of Digital Pedagogy should be creatively applied when designing interactive online learning systems.
