Abstract

 To maintain an interpersonal relationships between the organization and the target public, the writer of a crisis press release must possess knowledge and skills, using appropriate and effective language strategies on the context and communication situation. This is essential for handling media crises quickly and accurately. This article aims to explore the linguistic features and sentence structure models in a press release and learn about the complex communication strategies present in a company's crisis press release.
